After discovering that his planet is under threat, a powerful prince in a Scarlet Cape travels to Earth to stop the evil plans of the alien Zender. However, his strength vanishes in our atmosphere, leaving him as vulnerable as any human.

Through an infected seal, the villain enslaves the population with magnetic pulses while draining energy from the Earth’s soil to power a cannon of colossal proportions.

Now, with the help of an arrogant fighter with a mechanical arm and an inexperienced getaway pilot, our hero – stripped of his superpowers – must undertake the difficult task of preventing the cannon from firing and save both planets from imminent destruction.
